These Terms govern your use of the LiuDao website and our wholesale trading service. By using the site or contacting us, you agree to them.

Who we are

LiuDao is an independent business-to-business trading service for Apple-category devices (new, used, ASIS, and CPO/refurbished routes). We are not an Apple-authorised reseller, distributor, or affiliate. “Apple”, “iPhone”, “iPad”, “Mac”, and related names are trademarks of their respective owners, used here only to describe the products we trade.

Quotes, pricing, and stock

• Prices and stock figures shown on the site are indicative, may change without notice, and are subject to confirmation.
• No quote is binding until we confirm the specific model, condition, quantity, price, and terms in writing for your order.
• Minimum quantities, lead times, and availability vary by route and date.

Orders

Orders are subject to availability and our written confirmation. Payment, shipping, and inspection arrangements are agreed separately for each order.

Product condition

Device grades (new, used, ASIS, CPO) are described in good faith. For used and ASIS routes in particular, you are responsible for reviewing the agreed condition and inspecting goods on delivery per the confirmed terms.

No warranty

The website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We make no guarantee that information on the site is complete, current, or error-free.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it at scale, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Intellectual property

Site design, text, and images are owned by LiuDao or used with permission and may not be copied or reused without consent.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiuDao is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong SAR.
